The Emporia Land Bank Board has a special meeting Monday.
The agenda involves possibly authorizing an attorney to draft what’s called a “reversionary agreement” for the sale of 417 State, including a flat $500 fee and a provision to revert the property back to the Land Bank if a buyer fails to meet certain construction timetables.
The meeting is at noon Monday and will be held via Zoom. The Land Bank was created in 2019 to buy vacant properties and help the development process for new homes in town.
