The Kansas Flying Disc Association will have its inaugural Hall of Fame induction class in Emporia this week.
Eric McCabe, a lifelong Emporian who won the 2010 World Championship and has almost 90 Pro Disc Golf Association tour victories, is among those to be inducted. McCabe is now a team manager for Dynamic Discs and a noted course designer.
The ceremony is at 5 pm Thursday at the Emporia Country Club. More information is online at www.ksflyingdisc.org.
