Andover Central outscored the Emporia High baseball team 11-1 Saturday in the Spartan Classic.
The Spartans scored a run in the top of the 1st, Logan Thomas scored on an Own Ruge single.
Central responded by scoring 3 runs in the bottom of the 1st inning. They would end the game scoring 5 runs in the bottom of the 5th.
Emporia High Coach Anthony Markowitz said they did not finish the game the way they could have.
The Spartans fall to 5-13 and will close out the regular season at home Monday against Ottawa.
