The Emporia High boys golf team finished in 1st place at the Emporia Invitational Monday.
Brooks Sauder had the low score for the Spartans finishing with a 77 in 2nd place.
Nolan Jacob finished in 3rd place with a 78. Caden Massey shot an 80 and finished in 7th place. Hudson Sauder finished in 15th place with an 88.
Gavin Wilhelm of Topeka Seaman took medalist honors with a 74.
Emporia High will be sending several varsity golfers to Junction City Thursday to determine the final roster for next weeks regional tournament.
