A trip to state will be on the line for the Emporia High boys golf team Monday when they play in the 5A regional tournament hosted by Maize at Reflection Ridge in Wichita.
Caden Massey will be one of the Spartans playing.
Joining Massey at regionals will be Brooks Sauder, Nolan Jacobs, Hudson Sauder, and Will Walker.
The top 3 teams and the 5 lowest scores not on a qualifying team will advance to the 5A State tournament.
Olpe and Hartford golfers will play at Washington County.
Lyndon plays at St. Marys.
Osage City, Council Grove and Burlington play at Santa Fe Trail.
