The search has ended for a Rose Hill child and his mother in Oklahoma, and as such an AMBER Alert has been lifted.
Brixton Sisk, age 5, was found safe with his mother, Danielle Banzet, in northern Oklahoma.
Sisk was allegedly abducted from the Rose Hill Elementary School daycare by Banzet, who had her parental rights terminated earlier. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says Banzet allegedly posed as a social worker to get into the daycare and take Sisk out.
A man believed to be Sisk’s biological father was allegedly in an SUV waiting to take the two away from the school. Both were arrested.
Authorities believed Sisk was in imminent danger based on alleged actions by Banzet before the reported abduction, including threats of violence.

7:20 pm Thursday:
Authorities across Kansas are looking for a young Rosehill child and his alleged abductor — who apparently is his mother.
An AMBER Alert is ongoing for 5-year-old Brixton Sisk after a woman entered the Rosehill School daycare facility allegedly posing as a social worker. After finding Brixton, the woman left the school, got into a black General Motors SUV — initially believed to be a Chevrolet Tahoe or GMC Yukon, later considered as a Chevy Suburban — and left the school.
The woman has been identified as 31-year-old Danielle Banzet, Brixton’s birth mother, who had parental rights severed by a court according to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation. Authorities believe Brixton is in “imminent danger” based on alleged actions by Banzet before the reported abduction, including threats of violence.
Residents in Chase and Greenwood counties may well have received a Wireless Emergency Alert in this case.
Authorities say there was an unknown male driver operating the SUV as it left Rosehill school, but an update after 7 pm indicated all three individuals switched to a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta with the Kansas tag 461 NWF.
