Another loss for the Kansas City Royals. The Minnesota Twins routed the Royals 9-2 Saturday night.
The Twins blew the game open scoring 4 runs in the 9th.
The Royals again struggled to drive in runs, they were 1-6 with runners in scoring position and stranded 8 base runners.
Emmanuel Rivera did hit his 3rd home run of the season.
