Area residents have the chance to be the proud owner of a classic car by supporting the Americus Masonic Lodge now through next year.
The lodge is currently selling raffle tickets through the Kansas Masonic Foundation for a 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible. Tickets for the raffle are $20 according to lodge member Wayne Lee.
The convertible will be coming to Emporia Jun. 1 and will be on display at Longbine Auto Plaza at 3012 US Highway 50 before moving to downtown Emporia during the Unbound Gravel Bike Race where it will be on display on the north side of Triad Leasing. Tickets are available from any lodge member from now until next March.
The winner of the convertible will be drawn next March in Topeka. For more information or to purchase tickets for the raffle visit the Americus Masonic Lodge page on Facebook.
