Lyon County’s COVID-19 caseload continues its modest increase.
Lyon County Public Health announced 22 new cases Friday morning. Public Health had reported 27 new cases Wednesday after the Memorial Day weekend. The 49 cases this week follow 71 new cases for the week of May 23 and 80 cases for the week of May 16.
Deaths remained level at 124.
Since the pandemic started in March 2020, Lyon County has now reported 10,479 cases. Osage County is second areawide at 3,983 cases as of Wednesday. Chase County has the fewest total cases at 679.
