The Warriors outscored the Boston Celtics 103-90 to win the championship series 4 games to 2.
Stephen Curry scored 34 points and was named the NBA Finals MVP. He was asked about being named the MVP.
A 21-0 onslaught that spanned the end of the first quarter and the start of the second gave Golden State a lead that was too much for Boston to overcome.
Golden State also got 18 points from Andrew Wiggins, 15 from Jordan Poole off the bench, and 12 from Draymond Green.
Jaylen Brown led Boston with 34 points
The Warriors claimed the franchise’s seventh championship overall.
