Just after 3 pm, Emporia Police and Emporia Fire responded to an alleyway in the 800 block of Market for a two-vehicle accident. According to EPD a Chrysler Town and Country was traveling southbound through the alley while a Ford Bronco was pulling out of an alley access driveway.
Officers say a detached garage in the alley obscured the vision of both drivers causing the two vehicles to collide. The driver of the Chrysler was taken to Newman with what are being called minor injuries.
The driver of the Bronco was not hurt. Names of the individuals involved are not being released.
