The Cruze t-boned the Ranger on the rear driver’s side door disabling both vehicles.
Hinze suffered a laceration to his arm and was treated at the scene, but declined a trip to the hospital. Hinze’s wife, name and hometown not listed, Guzman-Escobar and four passengers in the Chevrolet Cruze were all examined at the scene but declined medical treatment.
