The annual sheep and meat goat shows kicked off the weekend’s list of 4H activities Saturday.
Braxton Young had quite the morning with his sheep winning grand champion in four events and reserve champion in two. Young says livestock is where he is hoping to make his livelihood in the future.
In the goat show, Daylen Ballinger took quite the step from the spring show where he placed third and won grand champion in both market meat goat and the middleweight market goat division Saturday.
Daylen says he is been working hard for the fair.
