Emporia Public Works has finished repairs on three water line breaks that developed either late Friday night or Saturday.
Crews were called to Loma Vista near Coronado and the 2800 block of Prairie, working on both pipes as they monitored a leak in the 1300 block of Woodland. Around noon, the Woodland situation was called a line break, so Public Works went to that location.
Aside from the 12-inch line on Prairie, Public Works has not mentioned the diameters of the affected pipes. There is no word on the number of customers impacted by the line breaks.

Emporia Public Works is having a busy weekend.
Public Works started Saturday by starting repairs on water lines in the 2800 block of Prairie and Loma Vista just south of Coronado. Crews were also tracking a water line leak in the 1300 block of Woodland. This leak is now considered a break, so Public Works is now in the repair process at that location.

Crews are working on two water line failures, including a 12-inch line in the 2800 block of Prairie and a separate line break on Loma Vista just south of Coronado.
