The Kansas Turnpike Authority is asking residents to give input on their Turnpike travel experiences through the end of September.
An online survey is asking residents to take part in the KTA’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, regardless of whether they use the highway on a daily or irregular basis.
Turnpike Authority Steve Hewitt says the annual survey is a big driver, pardon the pun, in helping to set direction for the KTA. Several projects underway now, including construction towards cashless tolling in 2024, increased vertical bridge clearances and the addition of electric vehicle charging stations — including stations at Towanda, Topeka and Lawrence last week — all came from customer feedback.
