Emporia’s Department of Motor Vehicles Office inside Flinthills Mall is closed again.
The DMV is closed down due to COVID-19. Word on when the office will reopen is pending.
This is the second closure because of COVID this week after the office was closed Monday. The office reopened Tuesday but had limited staffing.
Residents who were planning on appointments this week but hadn’t made them yet can still go to nearby DMVs, including courthouses in Chase, Coffey, Greenwood, Morris and Wabaunsee counties.
