The NFL is still hoping the Tampa Bay Buccaneers can play “Sunday Night Football” at home against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4. The league has not moved the contest yet, but has a contingency plan depending on the severity of Hurricane Ian. If the league deems it unsafe to play the game in Florida, it would shift the contest to Minneapolis. The game will reportedly still be played Sunday night.
Chiefs Coach Andy Reid says they will go where the league tells them to go.
The Chiefs practiced Wednesday without 4 players:
Mike Danna, Mecole Hardman, Chris Jones, and Ronald Jones.
Harrison Butker and Marquez Valdes-Scantling saw limited practice time.
JuJu Smith-Schuster and Andrew Wylie participated in a full practice.
Week 4 of the NFL season begins Thursday night with Cincinnati hosting Miami.
The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM following Hawk Talk at 6 pm.
