Emporia City Commissioners will hold their regular combination action and study meeting Wednesday afternoon.
Items on the action agenda will include a resolution to establish a public hearing date on the potential establishment of a Community Improvement District for the Emporia Land Development, LLC, Pavilions II project. Commissioners may also approve adding 525 Merchant Street to the city’s property surplus.
A bid for banking services and an ordinance to adopt the city’s uniform public offense code for Kansas cities may also see approval. During their study session, commissioners will review a design of the city’s new logo from Lot and Ilk, discuss a contract for software consultant-client first and the results of the city’s recent citywide survey.
The meetings will begin at noon inside of the Municipal Courtroom at White Auditorium.
