Sentencing is planned Thursday morning for a woman who pleaded no contest to aggravated child endangerment earlier this fall.
Selena Garcia was first accused of aggravated child endangerment, drug and paraphernalia possession and both battery and interference on law enforcement after an alleged incident in early July. As part of a plea agreement in early September, all but the child endangerment charges were dropped.
Case details have not been posted.
Sentencing is at 10 am in Lyon County District Court.
Meanwhile, a man accused in Lyon County District Court of aggravated kidnapping and other charges will have a pretrial hearing Thursday afternoon.
Joshua Parrish was initially charged with a single count of aggravated kidnapping, two counts each of criminal restraint and criminal damage and other counts. Aside from the alleged incident date, Aug. 7, case details have not been announced.
The pretrial is set for 2 pm Thursday.
