Carriage rides return to downtown Emporia on Thursday for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Main Street Director Casey Woods says the rides provide a special holiday ambiance. They also serve as unique advertising for downtown businesses.
Rides will also be available Dec. 15 and 22. Rides are $8 and start at 5 pm at the Emporia Main Street office.
