Potential jury trial dates have been set in a Lyon County sex misconduct case.
On Friday, Judge Jeff Larson set potential start dates of March 6, March 20 or March 27 in the case against 65-year-old Harvey Grandstaff. A status hearing is coming March 1.
Grandstaff is currently charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct, one for public sexual relations in the presence of somebody under age 16 and one for exposing himself to somebody under age 16. Those involve alleged incidents between 2010 and 2012 with the same alleged victim. Grandstaff is also charged with one count of aggravated indecent liberties for allegedly fondling the same child last year.
Grandstaff has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
