Cincinnati held a 14-10 lead at halftime. The Chiefs scored on a Harrison Butker field goal and Patrick Mahomes threw a touchdown pass to Jerick McKinnon.
The Chiefs would take a 17-14 lead on an Isiah Pacheco touchdown run.
Patrick Mahomes scored on a touchdown run to give the Chiefs a 24-17 lead.
Cincinnati would score the final 10 points of the game for the win.
Chiefs Coach Andy Reid says they will learn from the loss.
The Chiefs will play the Denver Broncos this coming Sunday in Denver.
