Pretrial and arraignment is next in the process for a Lyon County child sex misconduct case.
Larry Kemmerer had a preliminary hearing Monday and will be back in Lyon County District Court at 2 pm Dec. 20. Judge Jeff Larson will preside.
Kemmerer is charged with one count of indecent liberties with a teenager between ages 14 and 16 after an alleged incident in late October. He’s also facing two counts of child endangerment and single counts of battery on law enforcement, interference with law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
