The 7th Annual Christmas Serenade of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church is ready to share with the community a night full of holiday music this Friday.
This year the Christmas Serenade will present music, poetry, and also activities for children. Father Marc McDonald says this event is a way of giving back to the community.
Organizer Irene Diaz says she has been reaching out to other music professionals to bring a variety of music like classical, jazz and sacred to this year’s Christmas Serenade.
The Christmas Serenade is free and will start at 7 p.m. but members of the community can arrive earlier to take a seat and share. Also, the church will be receiving free-will donations that will go to support Bloom House Youth Services.
Following the Christmas Serenade, there will be a reception with food and hot refreshers follows in the Parish Hall.
