Probation is the sentence for a man who pleaded to one count of aggravated sexual battery following an alleged incident earlier this year.
Judge Jeffry Larson sentenced Peter McDonald to a three-year probation term, with an underlying prison term of 32 months if he violates probation. McDonald also has lifetime postrelease supervision as part of his sentence.
McDonald had originally been charged with rape, attempted aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated burglary, but all other counts were dismissed as part of an agreement reached in October.
