A first court appearance for one of the two suspects allegedly involved in a Chase County burglary has been delayed.
Kathryn Culbert was originally set for a hearing Thursday in Cottonwood Falls. That has now been delayed to March 17 at 9:30 am.
The hearing for co-defendant Jacobsen Eells is still coming at 9 am Thursday.
Both are charged with burglary of a non-dwelling, misdemeanor theft and possession of marijuana, methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Both were arrested in late January after deputies were alerted to people inside the former Cedar Point school building.
