A jury trial in a federal offender registry case involving a Greenwood County man has been delayed.
Brandon Grulkowski, age 29 of Eureka, was indicted in October. The indictment accuses Grulkowski of failing to register between Feb. 1 and Aug. 24. Grulkowski was initially set for trial last week, but that has been pushed to April 11 to allow for additional discovery and related research time. There will be a status conference March 30.
Failing to register at the federal level can lead to a prison term of up to 10 years, supervised release of five years to life after prison and a maximum fine of $250,000.
