A man accused of aggravated burglary from an alleged incident this past August will have his latest hearing in Lyon County District Court Monday.
Bryan Antonio Landaverde will appear for a “show of cause hearing” at 1:30 pm. Landaverde is charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of misdemeanor theft and one count of criminal damage.
Landaverde is accused of breaking into a home with at least one person inside and stealing several items on Aug. 7, 2022. Judge Doug Jones is presiding.
