Another honor for Kansas’ Jalen Wilson was announced Tuesday.
Wilson is a member of the Associated Press All-America Team.
Joining Wilson on the first team are Purdue’s Zach Edey, Indiana’s Trayce Jackson-Davis, Houston’s Marcus Sasser, and Alabama’s Brandon Miller.
Kansas State’s Markquis Nowell and Keyontae Johnson are third-team selections.
Jalen Wilson was also named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District 8 First Team, while Grady Dick was an NABC All-District 8 Second Team selection. The duo was selected to the 10-member USBWA All-District VI team with Wilson being named the district’s player of the year.
Kansas State Head coach Jerome Tang was named the District Coach of the Year by both the NABC (National Association of Basketball Coaches) and the U.S. Basketball Writers Association (USBWA), while senior Keyontae Johnson and Markquis Nowell were each selected All-District First Team by both organizations.
