Several hearings of note are coming Wednesday to Lyon County District Court.
Jason Hill has a preliminary hearing at 9 am on drug distribution and other drug-related charges. Hill is accused of distributing 50 pills of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine during an alleged incident Feb. 18, as well as possessing methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
A separate drug distribution case has a status hearing at 4 pm. Rodney Steven Kindle is accused of distributing up to 100 grams of methamphetamine, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with law enforcement, after an alleged incident this past December. Trial in Kindle’s case could begin as soon as Monday, or it could start either May 15 or June 5.
In addition, an aggravated child endangerment case has a status hearing at 4 pm before a potential trial. Larry Jan Williams has been charged with two counts of endangerment, as well as single counts of marijuana, methamphetamine and paraphernalia possession, following an alleged incident in mid-December. Trial could begin Monday, May 15 or June 5, depending on how the status hearing turns out.
