Traffic in part of northeast Emporia is back to normal after a railroad crossing project.
Crossings at 12th and Whildin reopened to drivers Thursday afternoon as part of repairs taking place across Lyon County.
The crossing was initially supposed to close Thursday for a project lasting up to three days, but the railroad closed the crossing Wednesday instead.
