A pretrial hearing is coming later this month for a man accused in Lyon County District Court of sexually exploiting a child.
Chad Pretzer faces three separate counts related to at least one incident this past January. The legal complaint accuses Pretzer of working to “employ, use, persuade, induce, entice or coerce” a 16-year-old to take part in explicit behavior as well as possessing illegal images.
The hearing is May 19 before Judge Laura Miser.
