After parts of two Lyon County roads were closed earlier this week, the Highway Department is opening two others.
A bridge west of Olpe is now open, so Road 70 is now open as well from Road K-7 to Kansas Highway 99. Separately, a bridge on Road 175 between Roads E-5 to F is now open, so that stretch of county road has reopened.
This follows the announced closure of Road 90 between Roads F and G for a bridge replacement project and one-lane traffic on Road 175 between N-5 and P-2. The Road 175 project could well be finished Wednesday, but the Road 90 bridge project may have that road closed until June 28.
