Formal charges are pending against two people after an alleged incident this week in Chase County.
Deputies say they served a search warrant at 202 East Sixth in Strong City shortly before 5 pm Thursday as part of an investigation into allegations of past domestic violence.
Following the warrant service, deputies arrested 42-year-old Jeremiah Terry of Strong City on suspicion of aggravated battery, aggravated domestic battery, drug and paraphernalia possession, introducing contraband into a detention facility and aggravated child endangerment. Deputies also arrested 41-year-old Joni Osage, also of Strong City, on suspicion of drug and paraphernalia possession and aggravated child endangerment.
