Two Emporia High divers placed at the Class 5-1A state diving championships Saturday at Capital Federal Natatorium in Topeka.
Freshman Allisyn Weiss finished fourth with a score of 369.55. Weiss finished 31.15 points behind state champion Emma Todd of Andover.
Senior Jacey Stutler finished her high school career with a sixth-place finish with a score of 353.65. Stutler’s sixth-place finish put her on the medal stand for the second consecutive year.
