Road work is closing Prairie Street immediately south of Emporia this week.
The Lyon County Highway Department has a patch and repair project ahead. Work will close Prairie from South Avenue south to Road 160 Tuesday and Wednesday.
This comes as work continues on a new shop campus at the Highway Department.
