Budget requests are the order of the day for Wednesday’s Lyon County Commission study meeting.
Commissioners will get budget requests from the county’s senior centers, SOS, the County Treasurer’s Office and Extension as part of their meeting at the Courthouse. Commissioners will then recess the meeting to the History Center for an on-site budget request.
The meeting starts at 9 am at the County Courthouse Commission Chambers. The History Center part of the meeting begins at 11 am.
Another budget request comes during the action meeting Thursday — this one from the County Attorney’s Office.
Separately, commissioners will consider approving a conditional permit for a communications tower. Two executive sessions are planned.
