A man accused of drug distribution in a Lyon County criminal case has his latest hearing in Lyon County District Court on Monday.
Agustin Vargas has a prelim at 2:30 pm before Judge Doug Jones. Vargas was originally set for a hearing last month but requested a new hearing date so he could apply for an appointed attorney. That application was approved.
Vargas is accused of distributing up to 450 grams of marijuana, possessing paraphernalia and hosting minors consuming alcohol after an alleged incident in April.
