A preliminary hearing is scheduled for mid-July in a Lyon County criminal case for a man accused of drug distribution.
Augustin Vargas appeared for a preliminary hearing in Lyon County District Court Monday afternoon at which time he was scheduled for prelim hearing on July 12 at 9 am before Judge Lee Fowler.
Vargas is accused of distributing up to 450 grams of marijuana, possessing paraphernalia and hosting minors consuming alcohol after an alleged incident in April.
