A preliminary hearing is coming for a man accused of drug possession in Lyon County.
Peyton Levi O’Brien is scheduled to appear inside of Lyon County District Court at 9 am Wednesday. O’Brien is charged with possession of an opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and interference with law enforcement.
The charges stem from an incident on February 18. Judge Doug Jones is presiding.
