The Dynamic Discs Open kicks into high gear Friday through Sunday.
Tournament Director Jackie Morris says this will being nearly 200 of the best disc golfers from around the world to Emporia.
Tee times begin at 7:30 am Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The top men and women will play at the Emporia Community Club all three days. Spectators need to purchase tickets, and information is online at dynamicdiscsopen.com.
Before play officially begins, free mini disc golf will take place Tuesday and Wednesday at Bourbon Cowboy. Thursday also has autograph day, clinics, a pro skins match and a handicap singles league event. The annual vendor village and block party will be in the 800 and 900 blocks of Commercial from 5-10:30 pm Saturday.
