A pretrial conference is set for July in a Lyon County contraband case.
Lucas Anthony Chase allegedly had a large piece of glass in his possession during an incident inside the Lyon County Detention Center in April. Chase also faces a count of criminal damage in the alleged incident.
The pretrial hearing is July 13 before Judge Lee Fowler. Chase may learn his potential trial dates at that hearing.
Meanwhile, a plea hearing for a Lyon County drug distribution suspect has been delayed.
Jason Hill was set for a hearing Monday, but that has been continued to June 26 at 1:30 pm before Judge Laura Miser. Hill is charged with distributing both amphetamine and dextroamphetamine during an alleged incident in mid-February, as well as possessing paraphernalia.
