After a special ribbon-cutting and open house event Tuesday, the CareArc Board of Directors will have its monthly meeting at noon.
Board members will discuss the local and area impact of a Capture RX 340B data breach, which happened in 2021 and led to a nearly $5 million class action settlement. Besides monthly reports on clinic traffic, finances and quality improvement trends, board members will also discuss policies for attendance and colorectal screening.
The 2022 audit from BKD and an executive session for financial affairs are also planned.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony is at 11:30 am and highlights the new medical wing at CareArc.
