An Osage City man was hurt in a crash near Topeka Regional Airport on Friday.
The crash happened shortly after 10 am and involved one vehicle. The Kansas Highway Patrol says 39-year-old Jacob Varnell was driving an SUV northbound when the vehicle went right of center and hit a bridge barrier wall.
Varnell was taken to Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka for suspected minor injuries. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
The Highway Patrol crash log does not indicate why Varnell’s vehicle crashed.
