Kansas State, Kansas, and Wichita State will have former players in the NBA Summer League, which begins Monday, July 3 with the California Classic and the Salt Lake City Summer Leagues and continues with the NBA 2K24 Summer League in Las Vegas from Friday, July 7 to Monday, July 17.
Recent K-State players Include Keyontae Johnson with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Markquis Nowell with the Toronto Raptors. Also participating will be Barry Brown Jr. with the Phoenix Suns, Mark Smith with the Denver Nuggets, and Xavier Sneed with Charlotte Hornets in the summer league competition.
5 former Kansas Jayhawks will also be playing – Udoak Azubuike with the Boston Celtics, Jalen Wilson with the Brooklyn Nets, Grady Dick and David McCormack with the Toronto Raptors, and Ochai Agbaji with the Utah Jazz.
3 former Wichita State Shockers will be playing in the summer league- Tyson Etienne will make his professional debut with the Atlanta Hawks, while Jaime Echenique and Markis McDuffie showcase their skills with the Washington Wizards and Phoenix Suns, respectively.
