The Salvation Army of Emporia is getting ready for its annual back-to-school clothing assistance period.
Applications will be taken on a walk-in basis July 10 and July 17. Applicants need to bring proof of all household income or proof of food stamps if applicable, as well as proof of all school-age children in the home with proof of enrollment preferred.
Qualifying students will get a voucher to buy school clothes.
