Trial dates could be set Friday for a man accused in Lyon County District Court of violent sexual activity.
Timothy Ray Davis is charged with one count of rape and one of aggravated sexual battery, both involving an alleged victim who was incapable of giving consent due to alcohol or drugs as part of an alleged incident in early January. The rape count has an alternate count of aggravated sexual battery.
Friday’s pretrial and arraignment is at 2 pm before Judge Laura Miser.
