The current forecast calls for triple-digit heat into early next week.
High temperatures will range from 100-103, with heat index readings as 108 areawide. Breezy conditions will be in place all the way through at least Friday.
Heat advisories now affect all area counties. Lyon and most surrounding counties are affected until Friday evening, while Chase and Greenwood counties are in an alert until Wednesday.
