A preliminary hearing in a Lyon County aggravated robbery case will now take place later this month.
Antonio Lee Brown was originally set for a prelim Monday, but prosecutors asked for a dely because a witness would have been unavailable for court. The new hearing date is Aug. 22 before Judge Lee Fowler.
Brown is accused of aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery after Eduardo Uribe was allegedly robbed of a wallet, cell phone and/or keys in mid-June. Co-defendant Elssy Cervantes will also have a preliminary hearing Aug, 22, while Calvin Cruse and Mikkel McCray are still being sought by authorities at last word. Lyon County Crime Stoppers has offered rewards of up to $1,000 to help the capture and prosecution of Cruse and McCray.
