Lyon County District Court will be busy with notable hearings Thursday.
In order of appearance, Travis Iverson has a pretrial hearing at 9:30 am. Iverson is charged with 13 counts, including one count of rape and 12 of sexual exploitation.
At 11 am, Jordy Cornejo-Campoverde has a review hearing. Cornejo-Campoverde is among five defendants accused of murder and conspiracy, along with arson and other counts, in the death of Jesus Avila outside Emporia in September 2017.
Michael Brian Bradley has a preliminary hearing at 1:30 pm. Bradley is accused of single counts of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault, criminal discharge of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia after allegedly shooting at Samuel Gardenhire Jr as part of a reported incident in late April.
At 2 pm, Arlo Feuillerat has a pretrial hearing in his aggravated assault case. Feuillerat allegedly brought a BB gun to Emporia High in late March, causing lockdowns at Emporia High, Emporia Middle School, USD 253 Transitions, Village Elementary and Flint Hills Technical College.
